Completed Google’s Cybersecurity Course on Coursera in 2 weeks 🥳, not only to accredit the knowledge I already had but since it was released in may 2023 the goal was to update and broaden my knowledge in this field and apply it at my work. I liked that it had a broad approach of topics with just enough depth to dive in deeper if one wanted. It is a good primer on what cybersecurity entails delivered with enthusiasm and experiences from diverse people in the field. The change of cadence with video, text and lab exercises was well done. For me, since I knew most of the technical part already, the insight in policies, frameworks and compliance was especially interesting. From here I am contemplating to go deeper into networking and/or go for the Comptia+ certifcate 🤔
